LMHA 2023-2024 Season - ONLINE REGISTRATION

The Lumby Minor Hockey Association is excited for the upcoming 2023/2024 season.

Online player registration closed August 15, 2023.  If you would like more information on registering your child, please contact our Registrar at lumbyhockeyreg@gmail.com

RESPECT IN SPORTS FOR PARENTS - NEW

It is now mandatory for each Lumby Minor Hockey (LMHA) player to have Respect in Sports for Parents Course completed on their HCR profile. Players will not be allowed on LMHA ice until this program has been completed. LMHA strongly recommends that the parent taking the larger role in attending the player’s hockey practices, events and games be the parent to complete the RIS course for their player. This course is not the same as the Respect in Sports for Activity Leaders which is linked to the Coach/Volunteer’s personal HCR Profile.

Please read this handout which has all the information on how to take the course or link the course to your child/ren’s HCR account.

MOVING TO LUMBY FROM ANOTHER ASSOCIATION

If moving to LMHA from another Association please complete the Move with Parent Application Form and email it to the Registrar with subsequent proof of residency within LMHA boundaries. Documents should include a Purchase, Rental or Tenancy Agreement, utility bill showing parents name and new address, driver's license showing parent name and new address and/or Canada Post change of address.
